DoubleTree by Hilton Woking has undergone a complete refurbishment in all meeting and events spaces. All 8 meeting rooms have been equipped with modern lighting and AV, stylishly decorated with new carpets, meeting room furniture along with tea and coffee stations. We have also upgraded and refurbished the breakout foyer to include new furniture and artwork creating a stimulating and modern area to enjoy networking and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you to our new facilities where we can cater for up to 350 guests.

With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is an ideal venue for private meetings, workshops and private dining. It can accommodate up to 50 people and is also a licensed venue for civil weddings and partnership ceremonies. This room is divisible into two sections, Byfleet 1 and Byfleet 2, which can accommodate respectively up to 10 and 30 delegates. Both suites are equipped with a projector and screen.
