You will:

As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the Front Office Team, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience from check-in through to check-out.

• Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain exceptional service standards
• Lead, inspire and develop the Front Office team through coaching and training
• Ensure VIP and returning guests are recognised and receive personalised service

• Lead the pre-opening setup of all bar operations across the property
• Develop beverage concepts, menus and operational standards
• Recruit, train and develop bar teams
• Curate and enhance beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, premium spirits and non-alcoholic offerings

You will support the daily Human Resources operations, helping to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining high standards of organisation, compliance and operational excellence.

You will:
• Support recruitment and selection activities across all hotel departments
• Coordinate onboarding and employee integration processes
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and time & attendance processes
• Help ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies and HR procedures

As Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing creative and engaging content that enhances the brand’s digital presence and increases awareness, engagement and desire for the hotel experience.

You will:

• Create and manage content across all hotel digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, website, Brand.com and OTAs
• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the brand positioning and commercial objectives
• Plan and oversee photography and videography shoots, ensuring premium content aligned with the hotel’s visual identity
• Develop and implement a strategy for TikTok deployment and growth
• Own and manage the hotel’s content calendar, ensuring consistency in brand communication
• Monitor reach, engagement and growth across digital platforms, analysing results and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with operational teams to promote guest experiences, activations, outlets and key hotel moments
• Manage relationships with influencers, content creators and PR agencies, ensuring qualified exposure aligned with brand objectives
• Manage social media interactions and inboxes, delivering communication aligned with a premium guest experience

About You

• Proven experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, luxury or lifestyle sectors
