You will:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with standard recipes and Casa de Sada and Hilton brand standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day operation of the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Prepare and organise mise en place for all service periods.
- Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation within your section.

- Support the training and guidance of Commis Chefs where required.

About you:
- Professional qualification in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or in a similar position within a four or five-star hotel or high-quality restaurant.
- Solid understanding of classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
- Passion for gastronomy and continuous learning.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

You will:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the hotel’s facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults relating to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
- Ensure all hotel equipment and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Follow all maintenance procedures, health and safety regulations and Casa de Sada operating standards.
- Support the Engineering team in delivering the planned maintenance programme.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
About you:
- Technical qualification in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or large commercial buildings.
- Good working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- High level of responsibility, reliability and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach with excellent teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and participate in the on-call rota when required.
You will:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional and personalised manner.
- Deliver food and beverage service in accordance with Casa de Sada and Hilton brand standards.
- Present menus, answer guests’ questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages and daily specials.
