Sous Chef
We looking for an experienced, charismatic and dynamic individual with a passion for food and creative flair in your approach to new dishes to deliver excellent customer experiences at our international brand venue.

Night Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a high profile Hotel chain.
You will ensure the hotel’s general safety and security is maintained throughout the night along with the smooth running of the night reception desk and night audit duties.

The ideal candidate for this position:
• should have 2-3 experience at manager/supervisor level

We ideally are looking for someone with the hospitality background with a strong customer focus, eye for detail and positive attitude you will possess excellent people and IT skills. Knowledge of OnQ PMS system would be an advantage.

Floor Supervisor
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department on a daily basis. They assist in the managing and directing of day to day operations of the hotel to maximise cleanliness and to ensure superior service, product and quality is maintained. The Floor Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all guest rooms and public areas in the hotel premises. She/he is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activity of Room Attendants, Public Area Cleaners and Linen Porters. The Floor Supervisor has to be actively involved in the hotel operation.

Front Office Duty Manager
The Front Office Duty Manager takes full responsibility for the management and operation of the Reception department, within the overall policies and controls established by the Company and hotel General Manager. They will develop, implement, maintain and constantly improve departmental operating standards maximising revenue return and attaining financial targets. They will actively promote brand values and ensure that high levels of customer service are developed and maintained and assist the Front Office Manager with any other duties as requested.

F&B Waiting Staff
F&B Waiting Staff are responsible for the effective management of their team, within the overall policies and controls established by the Company and hotel General Manager. They must support the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of departmental operating standards, maximizing revenue return and attaining financial targets. Also working to actively promote brand values and constantly deliver high levels of guest service. This position reports directly to the Hotel Operations Manager.
