You will be responsible for ensuring all IT systems run efficiently, securely and in alignment with operational needs.
You will:
• Manage and maintain all hotel IT infrastructure and systems
• Ensure data security, network integrity and system reliability
• Support all departments with IT solutions and troubleshooting
• Oversee property management systems and integrations (e.g. PMS, POS)
• Manage external IT providers and service contracts
• Implement upgrades and new technologies aligned with business needs
• Ensure compliance with Hilton IT standards and cybersecurity policies
• Ensure alignment with Crimson group standards and coordinate accordingly
About You
• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or a service-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems, cybersecurity and hotel IT platforms
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of all hotel facilities.
You will:
• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Oversee all technical operations, ensuring five-star standards are consistently met
• Implement preventive maintenance programes including BMS.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and Hilton brand standards
• Manage budgets, contractors and procurement
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
• Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies
About You
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel
• Strong technical expertise (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
• A hands-on, solutions-driven approach
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Solid understanding of compliance and safety standards
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in quality, creativity and consistency.
You will:
• Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade
• Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the hotel’s concept
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen operations, costs and supplier relationships
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to enhance the overall guest experience
• Drive creativity while maintaining operational efficiency
About You
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, with experience in both buffet and à la carte operations across multiple outlets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about gastronomy
• Solid financial and cost control knowledge
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
You will oversee all rooms-related departments, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
You will:
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services teams
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Monitor performance, KPIs and guest satisfaction scores
• Manage staffing, training and team development
• Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards
• Handle guest feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
About You
• Proven experience in a senior Rooms Division or Front Office leadership role within a luxury resort hotel
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven, with a focus on quality and service standards
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
