Great Rates and very good service at hotel
There was a postgraduate doctors' meeting at this hotel and therefore I decided to stay at the hotel itself. Having a Free Car Parking is a real bonus given that hotel is set in North West London. We booked through www.millionaireholidays.com as it provides additional destination assistance if required, and rates they offered on room with breakfast was really good.
We stayed for 4 nights and it was a comfortable stay with no issues. Hot breakfast was served everyday and the guy who manages the breakfast was very friendly. The room itself was very large compared to our expectations. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
Totally wonderful!
Stayed at this hotel to visit wembley arena and was seriously pleasently surprised. Staff really really friendly and helpful as our first ever london visit helped us with directions and tube instructions. About 5 minute walk from tube station so basically EVERYTHING is nearby.
Rooms are really big and maybe in need of a bit of decoration but not hideous spotlessly clean (trust me i'm fussy) bathroom was quite small but sufficiant the bed AMAZINGLY comfy slept better then i had at home in years lol. Room was lovely and warm in fact we ended up opening window for a few hours as got too hot. Shower lovely and powerfull and again really hot towels nice and fluffy and most importantly clean. upon checking out i asked about car parks as we was going to explore london abit and the staff let me leave car there at NO extra cost. Would 100% recommend great value great service great hotel.
Value for money!
On arrival we were met by friendly helpful staff, the walk to the room showed that the floorboards do creak a lot but we reserved judgement until we saw our room.
Our room was a little smaller than usual but was very clean, tidy and not small enough to cause any inconvenience.
Because we had read the other reviews we checked eveything worked and found no fault, at first we couldn't use the shower and within minutes of calling reception someone showed us were we were going wrong.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay again.
If you want five star then pay the price, if you just want a base to work from then this place is ideal and on par with other hotels that charge more.
