Booked Chelsea Towers on Shaikh Zaid through Internet and was very skeptical on what we will find once we arrive there. It was perfect! The building is right on Shaikh Zaid on the metro stop and therefore going to any of the malls was a breeze. Though for Dubai mall, you would need to take a short free bus ride from metro. The hotel was nice and clean with a spectacular view of Shaikh Zaid and Burj Khalifa. Two rooms and 2.5 bathrooms, nicely decorated and good working appliances and all in the kitchen. Staff was very courteous and checkin was smooth, although one of my family member arrived earlier around 11 am, but was checkled-in quickly. The next day the reception guest relations gave us discount coupons to kidszania, ice rink and Sega play rides at Dubai mall. We were three adults and three kids and adjusted very well in the two bed apartment. The longe sofa was a sofa bed and therefore we all slept well. Requested for a baby cot and was quickly provided. The apartment was serviced every day and they will place plenty of items in bathrooms like shampoos etc as well as tea and coffee supplies. Will definitely stay there again.
Room Tip: A room in Dubai has to be next to a metro station. Taxi is cheap but metro is clean, faster and cheap...

Great Convenient Downtown Apartment for Family
We stayed in this hotel/apartment for 7 nights while in Dubai. We chose it for its central location (the Financial Station Metro Line is a mere 1 minute walk away) and taxis are plentiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean and large containing a big comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms. There were 3 toilets (2 with attached bath facilities) so for our family of 5 persons, it was really very convenient. The view from the 38th floor was just fabulous. The pool and gym facilities in the hotel was well equipped. Overall a fantastic family stay for us and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.
Room Tip: Ask for a high floor as the views are priceless.

Worth Staying Here
I have just spent 9 nights at Chelsea Towers and would recommend it as an alternative to staying at a hotel. It is very well maintained and clean with friendly staff and very good gym and pool as well as a sauna and steam room. I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment so had tons of room and as part of the package had free internet. It is well located along SZR and handy to hotels with bars and food outlets.

Getting better all the time
Now back here since January and getting better all the time. Potentially this could become home for a few years.
Service levels are excellent in all areas but I must admit I don't use the cafe. Not that's a reflection on the cafe but being resident I have lots of choices.
Location is great with Metro right outside and taxis cheap and always waiting for hire.
View from my 43rd floor appartment is nice. Burj kalifa from the lounge and Jumeira, QEII and SZR from the three bedrooms.
Extremely clean and quiet. Reception can get busy at check-in / check-out times especially during local holidays but no great problem.
Gym and pool seem never to be crowded.
Excellent stay at Chelsea Tower Apartments
We had an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment on arrival (booked a 2 bedroom apartment) which was greatly appreciated and very clean and spacious. The staff were polite and efficient.
It is a great location on Sheikh Zayed road with a supermarket nearby. The metro is directly outside which is cheap and easy to use. Taxis are also cheap an readily available out the front. I would recommend a stay at this Hotel.
Great value for family stay
We (2 adults, 3 kids) had a 3-bedroom apartment for a week. Spacious with all the amenities needed. Pool area with 25m pool and work out room.
Location at metro station and easy cab distance to major attractions. Many restaurants and a modern supermarket within one block.
Writing as a Long-Term Guest
The staff at the Chelsea Tower, starting from the Front Desk, to Consierge and Bell-Hops, to Housekeeping, Engineering, Gym, etc. are first class and incredibley guest-focused.
I have been staying at the Chelsea Tower Hotel and the entire staff, every single person, has made me feel like they are my family away from home. Courteous, respectful, efficient and guest-focused. I am very impressed and very grateful to the staff.
