“Very Clean and Nice Hotel for the price”
Ive just read some of the reviews about this hotel yes its not near T5 and yes the heating controls are hard to see but with reagrds to crime and the area being run down yes its not the nicest looking place in the area but unless you are going sight seeing around the hotel who cares. we were staying over for a funeral and my father in law lives just around the corner and no crime has happened to him so get your fact s right people do use these reviews to actually book hotels.... There is a convience shop nearby thats probably where the kids hang out and a petrol stattion over the road plus a chinese/fish and chip shop. Going back to hotel breakfast was good and the rooms were really nice and we are staying again as a family this time having 2 rooms as i felt this hotel was ok for kids. We dont park at the hotel because £7.50 per night is a rip off but other than that for a sleep over this hotel is very comforatble and i would recommend it.
“Best HIX I have used in this Country”
Stayed here for one night on my own for business. I wasn't using the airport so can't comment on distance etc. But for me this hotel was perfect. New and spotless, sporting the new bathroom and room decor. Easy check in, polite staff, clean room. I was on the front and even with some traffic noise I had a good nights sleep. Huge Great Room. OK so breakfast isn't 5 star, but what do you want for a HIX ? If you want a full English Buffet then pay the prices at another hotel, but again for me this was perfect, quick bite to eat before setting off for work for the day. No problem with finding a car park space and no worries about location, however I don't think I would go off walking too far on my own, but can say that about almost anywhere in built up areas. Faultless hotel.
“Great value place to stay instead of driving!”
Just stayed for one night after long journey from South America. Very close to Heathrow and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and was very clean and seemed to have been refurbished recently. Breakfast included and was warm, plentiful and decent quality.I am becoming a fan of Hotel Inn Express as an overnight location before or after a flight and would recommend as representing good value for money.
“Excellent value for money”
The hotel is only about 6 months old. The rooms are of an excellent standard, very comfortable with an amazing shower. Bar / restaurant area are pleasant, although selection of food on menu could be better, having said that food quality was good. Breakfast was of a very good standard. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.
