Excellent hotel in excellent location
On arrival we got a free hot cookie-nice touch. Got a free room upgrade to an executive room which was great. Due to hotel refurbishment had to get 2 lifts to room but not a problem as well sign posted.
Never heard any noise at all. Excellent location near covent garden and near Holburn underground. Buffet breakfast fine with the normal selection. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Very quiet
I stayed here recently just for the one night. The lobby area is lovely - although it is new and still under construction it looks the part. Check in was quick and efficient and the complimentary cookies are also gooey and tasty!
I had a single room which I was sceptical about, but this was far nicer than the radisson single I stayed at locally recently. The room was an odd shape but the bed was sooooo comfortable and soft. I slept incredibly well, and the room was so quiet. I literally couldn't hear anything, which is perfect especially as the hotel is so central.
The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and check out was easy. Very impressed and will definitely return!
Very nice hotel
A very nice hotel and I enjoyed my staff. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the property was very clean and in a great location.
Good location to downtown and very near British Museum. American travelers will enjoy this hotel and I certainly recommend it.

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights. Just been renovated. Room adequate, not massive, but not in london to sit in room! very comfy bed, nce moderen reception/restaurant. good breakfast and fresh. good location.
Easily walk to centre or west end such as piccadilly, leicester square, covent garden), or get a travel card. Holborn underground station only 2-5mins walk away. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
