Trip Advisor review January, 9 2012
Stayed here during a visit to London for the New Year's eve celebrations.
Considering the hotel is under some major changes, our stay was very good.
The room was on the small side, but no smaller, I suppose, than most major citiy hotels. It was clean, as was the bathroom. A bath sheet and not a bath towel would have been much better, and a face cloth would also have been useful. I have stayed at hotels around the world, but never had to supply my own face cloth! Also the full length mirror was behind the clothes rail - what's the point of a large mirror if you can't use it?
The breakfast choice was very good, as was the service.
The hotel is situated very well for using the Victoria line and, all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
